1.Who provides the service
YDS Matik is developed and published by LUSGA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 17396894; 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX). Contact: info@ydsmatik.com.
2.Intellectual property
The copyright in the 4,612 vocabulary card explanations, 109 colour-coded sentence analyses, 57 grammar lessons and original reading passages in the YDS Matik app belongs to LUSGA LTD, the publisher of YDS Matik. Copying them or distributing them for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.
3.Scope of the service and no guarantee
The platform provides educational material that helps with academic exam preparation. Exam success depends on the user's own study performance, and no particular score is guaranteed.
4.Disclaimer
YDS Matik is independent software and has no institutional connection with ÖSYM or any official examination body.
